At Palestina Cola, customer satisfaction is important to us.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (beverages), returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong item was received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging


3. Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within a reasonable time frame.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
