Returns & Refund Policy

• Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from delivery in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned products.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Opened beverage products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons unless defective.
